ONIONS
We mainly grow three varieties of onion: white, red and yellow.
All our cultivation, collection, classification and selection process follow our “Zero Damage” protocol, in which we monitor the mechanical processes that the product undergoes during the manufacturing process. This monitoring allow us to significantly reduce the damages in order to maintain product healthy for a longer time.
