We work with some varieties of garlic. Each one has its own characteristics and flavors. We carefully attend to each process and needs, with the greatest delicacy, which guarantees the best quality and the juiciest flavors.

GARLIC VARIETIES & PRODUCTS

MORADO

  • REGULAR ORGANICMorado garlic is the genuine variety from Spain. Its flavor and intensity are much higher than Spring garlic. Iit is highly appreciated in the best cuisines the world. It is regarded as one of the most flavorsome garlic variety. White-gold outside, but purple inside.

SPRING WHITE

  • REGULARSpring White garlic is totally white outside and also its cloves. This variety of Chinese origin, produces a good clove size and a smooth and consistent flavor.

SPRING VIOLET

  • REGULARSpring Violet garlic shows violet pigmentation in the outside skin, keeping its cloves also white.. the violet variety has a little more flavor than the white, but there is no great difference when it comes to cooking them. It is ideal for nuancing dishes with a mild garlic aroma.

BLACK GARLIC

  • REGULARBlack Garlic is obtained through a maturing process called Maillard reaction. Garlic is subjected to a constant temperature in a controlled space for a period between 40-60 days. It is an everyday garlic and it is scientifically proven it holds anti-aging effects. The taste is slightly sweet with light touches of balsamic vinegar and licorice. It is a regular ingredient in haute cuisine. It can be done with any of the varieties.

GARLIC CLOVES

  • REGULAR & ORGANICNatural and Unpeeled. From now on, you buy only what you need. As well as breaking the garlic bulbs, we also sort the cloves into the right size for use. Now, you never again need to break garlic bulbs by hand, simply order ready- to-use natural, unpeeled garlic cloves. Different formats to choose: 50gr. 100gr. or 150 gr.
